NEWSPAPERS - Make Life Easier for a Shelter Animal - a PSA by Request
If you have newspapers lying around that you don’t need, please consider donating them to a local animal shelter. If like me, you are saving them until you have “time to read them,” resist the temptation and instead put them to good use now.
This is a great way to help shelter animals. Newspapers are used for bedding, and every little bit helps! Even those circular ads from supermarkets that clutter up your mailbox can be put to good use!
Also, don’t throw out those old blankets, donate them as well. And if you have free time and love animals consider volunteering for a few hours a week. It will be even more rewarding than you imagine. Win-win.
